My Background

For my entire life I have been a lover of media. Whether it be in the form of books, movies, articles, paintings, documentaries, YouTube videos, podcasts, or even TikTok videos, I am constantly consuming and thinking about content. As I have entered my career, I have realized that not only do I have a passion for consuming content- but creating it as well.

My passion for social media management sparked from my endeavors into journalism. Although I loved to write and tell stories, I dreaded handing in the eventual "hard news" stories my editor would assign me. Instead I found myself always leaning towards editorial style content- a feature, a think piece. I also found myself wanting to take my own photos to accompany my written words, and while I was at it- design the cover of the magazine my work would be published in. It was then I realized that my passion for words and writing extended far beyond the boundaries of journalism, into a multitude of areas- crafting a narrative and a visual and everything else in between.

In my work I have a mission of breathing new life into any brand that allows me. Social media is a landscape with no rules, and the boundaries of the power that your content can have over your audience and customer base is endless. Whether it be bringing a sense of humor and relatability to your an otherwise one dimensional product, or inspiring hunger and desire through gorgeous imagery, the content we create together is sure to awaken a new element in your messaging and compel your customers beyond even their own comprehension.
